Run Report
The Run Report button is used to run the selected report and display it to the screen. You can also double-click a report to display it. Right-click a report for more options. In the Professional edition, you can even output the report in other formats like CSV, XML, and SQL.
Save Report
The Save Report button is used to save the report that is currently displayed to a text file in HTML format.
Report List
The Report list displays the list of available reports. Expand a report group to see the variations on that report that can be ran.
Ranking Reports
The Ranking group show all the reports that are specific to Web site ranking.
Position Summary
The Position Summary reports show various summaries of where your Web site pages are listed in the search engines based on your keywords.
Best Positions
The Best Positions reports shows your best positions by page and the number of times a particular page show in the search engine.
Top Positions
The Top Positions reports show your top 10, 20, and 30 positions in the search engines by position.
Top Pages
The Top Pages reports show your top 1, 2, and 3 page positions in the search engines by page
Indexed Pages show
The Indexed Pages reports show where your pages are ranked in the search engines by keyword.
Competitor Summary
The Competitor Summary reports show where you rank in the search engine against everyone else in the same keyword space.
Keyword Competition
The Keyword Competition reports show how competitive you keywords are based on the number of results the search engine have.
Spelling Suggestions
The Spelling Suggestions reports show spelling and other suggestions for your keywords. This report helps give you more ideas about what keywords you should be tracking in your project.
Search Engine Summary
The Search Engine Summary reports show the search engines in your Engine Pack.
Sponsored Listings
The Sponsored Listings reports show your position for sponsored listings, like adwords, when you are running PPC campaigns.
News Reports
The News group show all the reports that are specific to News search engines. In the Standard edition, these reports are only useful if you publish news articles on your own Web site that get picked up in the News search engines. This reporting group requires the News Engine Pack to be present.
Article Summary
The Article Summary reports show summaries of where your articles are listed in the News search engines.
