Ranking Reports

The Ranking Pro Reports task allows you to run reports against ranking data that has been collected in the Check Positions task. In addition, you can modify reports, create your own custom reports, export report data, save reports, and email reports to clients.

Email Reports

The Email button allows you to email the report that is currently displayed as an attachment. Website-Manager communicates directly with your email server, so no 3rd-party email client is needed.

Create Custom Reports

You can modify or create your own custom reports using the Custom Report window. To add a new report, select an existing report that closely matches the report you want and click the Plus button to duplicate it to a new report. Click the Edit button to modify any existing custom report, including the stock reports.

Export Report Data

You can also export a report's data by displaying the report in either CSV, XML, or SQL format. Once displayed, click the Save button to write to exported data to disk. You can even email the export as an attachment using the Email button.

Import/Export Custom Reports

Share reports between colleagues by exporting any custom report that you have created. Send them the custom report file and they can import it back into their program. You can even make your custom reports into a stock report by saving it into the reports directory under the program folder.
