What does it mean to emulate a Web browser?
When a Web browser is querying a search engine on the Internet, it's using a protocol called HTTP to communicate the query. This protocol forms the header for the request. This header is in plain text and sent by all Web browsers. Simply put, emulating a Web browser means to mimic this text when querying the search engine. Ranking-Manager can emulate any Web browser and accepts compressed content from the search engines. Many softwares that provide ranking data claim to emulate Web browsers, but fail to accept compressed content. Every modern Web Browser on the Internet today accepts compressed content.

Can I run more than one project at a time?
No. If you purchase multiple license, then you can run more than one project by running each project on a separate computer. If all of the computers share the same connection, this is highly discouraged! You would be effectively sending multiple queries to the same search engines from the same IP address. This is a highly unlikely scenario in a human environment. (i.e., If you're one a static IP address, you'll probably get banned.)
