Keyword Tab

The Keyword tab is where you can restrict what keywords you will be reporting on. The default is to include all the keywords from the ranking.

Use keywords in the selected rankings

This option is set by default. It means that all of the keyword ranking data will be used on the report. Uncheck this option if you would list to restrict the keyword rankings used in the report.

Keyword Categories

The Keyword Categories list shows all the categories in your project. Use categories to restrict the keywords on a report. Including categories with keywords that were not used during the ranking has no affect on the report. The number next to the category name is the number of domain names in that category.

NOT IN

The NOT IN option is used to negate the category selection. Use this option if you want to see all the keywords that are NOT IN the selected categories.

Category Ordering

The Cateogry Ordering option is enabled when only one category is checked in the list. You can then check this option to override the sort ordering of the keywords, when displayed on the report, to the order in which they are displayed in the category.
