The Library category is where all your project domain names reside. When adding new domain names, they are always added to the Library category, even if they are added from within a user defined category.

For example, if you have created a new category and added a new domain name to it, that new domain name will also show up in the Library category. Removing it from a user category does not remove it from the Library or your project. To remove the domain name permanently, you need to remove it from the Library. Removing a domain name from the Library will also remove it from any user created categories that it is shared with.
