The Library category is where all your project keywords reside. When adding new keywords, they are always added to the Library category, even if they are added from within a user defined category.

For example, if you have created a new category and added a new keyword to it, that new keyword will also show up in the Library category. Removing it from a user category does not remove it from the Library or your project. To remove the keyword permanently, you need to remove it from the Library. Removing a keyword from the Library will also remove it from any user created categories that it is shared with.
