Notes can be entered for any custom report and displayed between the legend and the report body, the report body and the footer, or both places as in figure 1. You might want to use the notes section to explain your report to your client, or to display the query that generated the report. The uses are endless.

Be sure to select a Display type when you enter a note. Otherwise the note may not show on the report as expected.

Display

Select from the Display box where you would like the notes to display on your report. The possible options are: Don't Display, At the Top, At the Bottom, and At the Top and Bottom.
