Exporting Report Data

Website-Manager supports exporting report data to CSV, XML, and SQL statements. Use the CSV format when exporting report data for use in Excel or other spread sheet applications. For Web-based applications, use the XML format. And lastly, if you need to import the report data back into an SQL database, use the SQL format.

To export your report data, do the following:

1.	Click the triangle on the Run Report button to expose more options.

2.	Select the export format from the popup menu. The report will display in the Report View in the selected format.

3.	Click Save to save the export data to a file. (You can also email the same data using the Email button in the Professional edition.)
