Domains Tab

Previous pageReturn to chapter overviewNext page

Use the Domains tab to select the domain names you want to match in the reports. The default is the Library category. If you have added other domain names to your project and categorized them, like competitor domains, you will want to select a different category from the Library. Otherwise, your reports will include all the domains entered into your project. The value to the right of the category name is the number of domain names in that category.

IN and NOT IN

Use these options to modify how the domain name categories selected are used in the report. When the IN option is selected, the domains in the selected categories must match to show on the report. If the NOT IN option is selected, only the domain names that are not in the selected categories will show on the report.

If you want to see all the domain names in the report regardless of category, uncheck all the category selections. This will generate a report that shows all the data from the search engines, which is basically all the results.

Forcing a Sort Order

If you want choose the sort order for the domains in the report, create a new category for this report and add your selected domain names to it. Then select your category here and check the box Use the selected category's ordering for this column on the report. The domain names will then display in the order presented in the category, ignoring any default sort settings for this column. Remember, the column needs to be displayed on the report for this option to make any sense.
