If you get the message Unable to generate custom report on a report, the text following the message will display the query used to generate the report. You can use this query to help troubleshoot the problem if you are familiar with the SQL language. Otherwise, your best bet is to reset the custom report and start over; testing the custom report after every change. If you think your problem is a bug in the software, you can report it our support department and we will look into further.
