Sorting keywords

There are four ways to sort your keywords: ascending, descending, randomized, and user specified. If you are worried about being blocked by a search engine, randomize your keywords here so when Check Positions is running the keywords are searched in a random order on the search engines.

On reports where only one Keyword category is chosen, an option exists to force the report to display the keywords on the report in the order you have here. This can be helpful when presenting reports to clients that want to see their keywords in a certain order.

To sort your keywords, do one of the following:

•	An initial click to the Keywords column header will sort the keywords in ascending order.

•	A second click will sort the keywords in descending order.

•	A third click will randomize the keywords.

•	Drag keywords, using your mouse, to reorder them in a specific order.
