Importing keywords

You can import keywords in one of two ways, from a file or the clipboard. When importing multiple times, any new keywords are added to the list, while duplicates are ignored.

The import should contain one keyword per line.

To import a file, do the following:

1.Click the disclosure triangle on the Import button and select From File. The Import dialog box will display.
2.Select the file with your keywords and click the Open button.

1.From Windows Explorer or the Desktop, click and drag the file containing your keywords onto the Keywords list or an existing category in the Category list.

To import keywords from the clipboard, do the following:

1.Select your keywords from another application, like Word or Outlook, and copy them to the clipboard.
2.From the Keywords task, click on the Library category in the Categories list and paste in the keywords from the clipboard.
