Connecting through Firewall Programs

Most connection problems you might have will be caused by the use of one or more Firewall programs on your computer. If you find that Website-Manager is having trouble accessing the Internet, determine the Firewall programs installed on your computer, there may be more than one, and follow the directions for configuring that Firewall. If we don't provide directions here, you will need to consult with the help that came with your Firewall program or their support department.
